What is the difference between the All Inclusive Play Sets and the Custom Play Systems?

All of our Mystic Series Play Systems are made with Cedar. Similar to redwood, Cedar is naturally resistant to rot, decay, and insect damage - all while offering an affordable, naturally resistant option in backyard fun.

The Custom Play Systems are made with Premium Preserved Pine or California Redwood with Western Red Cedar. Our Premium Preserved Pine can withstand harsh weather conditions with minimal maintenance. Both the Redwood and Cedar naturally resist rot and decay caused by the environment or by termite infestation. The main difference between the All Inclusive and Custom play sets is that the All Inclusive sets are premanufactured. The Custom play sets are completely customizable.

What does it mean when a product fits a 5' x 5' Platform or 5' Platform Height?

The platform is the area on your play set where the main play deck is located. The platform size refers to the length and width of the area. The platform height refers to the height from the ground to the floor of the platform. When a product is said to fit a "5' Platform Height Only" or a "5' x 5' Platform Only" this means that the product will only attach to a play set that has a platform height of 5' or a 5' x 5' platform. If you are unsure what platform size the set you are interested in buying please refer to the features and dimensions section of the specific play set. If you are unsure of what your existing play set platform is, please call 1.8003445.PLAY and we will be glad to assist you.

Do the play sets include shipping?

Yes, all of our play sets include shipping in the price.

Are the play sets shipped from the manufacturer?

Yes, all of our play sets are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Installation

How are the wood playsets installed?

All of Playnation's wood playsets come with detailed instructions for those do-it-yourselfers out there; however, professional installation may be available. Check with the location from which you purchased the wood playset for installation services.

Why would you pay to have a professional install your playset instead of installing yourself?

Although each wood playset comes with a set of detailed instructions, most people do not have the time to install the set themselves.

Warranty

What type of warranty will come with my play set?

PlayNation warrants its Enchanted, Dreamer, and Majestic series of play sets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for structural wood components for the entire lifetime that the original retail purchaser owns the playset and for two years for all other components (i.e., hardware, plastics, tarps, ropes, rope ladders, etc.).

PlayNation warrants its PlayNation Mystic series of play sets to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 15 years for structural wood components and for one year for all other components (i.e., hardware, plastics, tarps, ropes, rope ladders, etc.).
